We got rounds, folks! Plenty of disagreement at UFC Apex on Saturday, with nine rounds either split on winner or 10-8 vs. 10-9. Scott and Dan break ‘em all down, plus five from Friday’s Bellator main card, and a few of which the CSJ disagreed pretty strongly with the dissenting judges. Even the hosts themselves weren’t on the same page with many of these, so strap in for a deep dive into a busy three-day stretch of the MMA calendar.

With so much major MMA this week, Scott and Dan did not suffer from a lack of fighters to choose a past fight to break down ahead of the three-night PFL/Bellator/UFC marathon. So the CSJ settled on a 2015 split decision featuring Neil Magny (who faces Geoff Neal in the octagon on Saturday) against Kelvin Gastelum, which offers several rounds that merit debate for more varied scores in our system.

With just two finishes at UFC Apex on Saturday — both spectacular and at the end of the event — the judges were busy in Las Vegas.
